That's an oxymoron! At TwentyFourTraining there are no boring typical workouts! We cater each workout to each individual client's needs and we develop custom workout plans for each client! We do this based off of what space, equipment you have, equipment we can use at your location (jump ropes, weights, yoga mats, stretch bands, bosu balls, medicine balls, the list goes on!) and what goals the client has. Here at TwentyFourTraining we believe working out should be both an enjoyable and rewarding experience, and we strive to make sure each client feels that their workout provides this satisfaction. 

Some examples of excercises/activities that a training session might include are:

 

A jog through the park to burn calories and increase stamina!

Body planks followed by crunches to build the core!

Dumbbell lunges to strengthen the legs!

Jump roping in the garage to increase cardio endurance!
